How can I copy the example?

  Hi, i chose the sela theme and try to copy the home of the example, but I get the question to add a blog too, but i don’t want a blog, I want to copy the home of the example :) can you help out? Thanks

  Hi there,

  Where exactly are you seeing the question to add a blog? If you can provide me with a direct URL or upload a screenshot to your Media Library, I’ll take a look.

  We sometimes use the words blog and site interchangeably here at WordPress.com but it’s definitely possible to create a site. (We even have a five step guide for doing just that here.)

  It sounds like you’re trying to replicate Sela’s demo site. Is that right? If so, I’ll be happy to import the demo site’s settings and content for you. Please give me confirmation that you’re OK with all existing content on your site being removed/replaced before I go ahead.

  I’ve gone ahead to import the demo site’s settings and content to your site, and you’re now free to customise it as you wish. :)

  Hi, sorry to jump in on this post but I was hoping if you could do the same for me? I’m stuck trying to add a gallery like the example uses for the first front page text widget and has a gallery in the post yet all I can manage to do is add an unattractive one in using the sidebar menu :/
