how can I correct the name of my domain?

  I made a tiny mistake in the name.Instead of saying homohominida must say homohominina.I just want to correct the mistake.Thanks!

  Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain altogether.

  Thanks,but there’s something you should’ve added in the steps to do it. In “Screen options” we must uncheck everything but “address”.I was about to surrender but tried that and finally was able to see the options to “change blog address or transfer blog”..
