how can i creat and make the categories and sub categories?

  i want to make some categories, for ex. a category with name of women and sub categories like shoes, bags, dresses ..?

  and want to know how can i delete them when i made a mistake?
  because now i have made one wrong bt cannot delete it..

  Go to the wp-admin dashboard by adding /wp-admin the the end of your site address:
  https://starsmezon.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  In that dashboard click on Posts. The menu will expand under Posts and show you Categories. Click that and you will see a list of your categories with an option to edit or delete each one.
