How can I create a Child Theme for Outspoken?

  Hi, I need to translate some strings, and make some tweaks, like add wordpress custom fields, and I want to edit a child theme to display it and remove some parts of the default Outspoken template.

  But where can I download the theme, so I can create a child theme and apply my customizations?
