How can I create a custom 404 error page for my WordPress.com blog?

  I’ve changed my domain from one blog to another, and now I have a lot of blog posts that come up in Google results that lead to broken links. I knew this would be a part of making the switch, but if I could at least create a custom 404 error page, I could direct people to the other site. Thanks!
