How can i create a page for each customers

    Hi sir,
    How can i create a page for each customers, and each one can send a post to a specified Category ?
    T.ex
    One Category for Cars:
    One Category for Flowers:
    That post is like Ad (announcement).
    Can i do that with WordPress ?How ?
