How can I create a registration form for my training site?

  I am trying to create a registration form, I found a plug-in that may help – but no place to install it. I checked some themes but did not find any with forms. Hoping you can help.

  Plugins are only available to add features and functionality to self-hosted installations of WordPress.org. Best way to create a registration form is with the a Contact form. Please review this guide on how to add a contact form to your blog.
