  How can I create connector to wordpress.com is there any api or plugin supports this?
  I have to implement this in C# how can I do this?how to download api’s or plugins?

  I’m not sure what your asking..

  But I have a good feeling you shouls head on over to WordPress.org. Wp.com doesn’t support plugins.
