How can I create double columned drop-down menus?
-
One of my drop-down menus is too long when it pops up and I would like to fix this by placing its sub-categories into several columns rather than one long one. Any ideas on how to do it? My theme is Mystique.

Hi there. I don’t know of any setting in the custom menus to make this possible. A work-around would be to make sub-headings with ten chapters grouped under each sub-heading. You’ll need a custom menu to set it up so the sub-headings aren’t clickable themselves. The instructions for creating static parent tabs in these documents should also work for sub-headings, though I haven’t tried it yet: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

You can find out if it’s possible by posting your question in the CSS Customization forum: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform
See here for more info on purchasing the custom design upgrade:
