How can I create submenus, or separate tabs under my pages?

  I am having problems created submenus or sub-pages. I am not sure of the difference between menus and pages, actually!

  Well, in some ways, the two are the same. The default menu is to just include all of your pages, but you can make your own menu with sub items at Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
