How can I create subpages?

  Hi, I created 2 main pages on my blog and arranged them as headers at the top of my Home page. I need help with creating subpages for those main pages as shown at http://structuretheme.com/demo/?page_id=50.
  Your help would be great!

  At Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard, you you can create drop-down menus by dragging items under the parent item and dragging it slightly to the right.
