How can I custom edit my blog?

  I want to custom edit my blog. But I don’t see the “Edit” feature under “Appearance” – can someone please help? I’m currently using “Radcliffe” as my blog theme. I would like to customize it further, possibly use HTML/CSS, but I can’t seem to figure out where I can access the coding to change it.

  It sounds like you’re using instructions for WP.org blogs, which don’t apply to your WP.com blog.
