How can I customize Menu and Social Icons Colors?

I had a free blog on wordpress.com, and there I could customize the color. Recently a started a self hosted blog, activated Dara Theme, but there was no option to change those colors, the only color I can customize is the backgorund color.

As your site now is Self-Hosted WordPress, your best place to get help is WordPress org Support
You will have to use the Additional CSS section in the Customizer and add the needed CSS or may be trying Plugins which can help you. If you post the query with details on the forums there, someone should surely help you. Make sure you post the links and details better, so it would be easy to help.
