  I Would like to make my own theme. It is possible? How can I do that?

  It’s not possible to create your own theme for a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload any third party themes, create child themes, or create our own themes or edit templates.

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  @cgdc15, You can most certainly use your own personal logo, and there is a lot of customization you can do with CSS. If you can give us an idea of what you are wanting to accomplish, we can let you know if it is possible.
