How can I customize the appearance of my theme ?

  Hi, all.

  My WordPress blog displays my posts on its first page and I wish it to continue doing so. In addition, I would like to set a page that would display a second group of blog posts that will be placed on a different page rather than my home as I wish to have them separate as they belong to a different category of posts.

  How can I set up a page in my WordPress blog so that it also displays posts that I selectively place on that page ? How can this be set-up ?
