How can I delete a Links: page and restore my home page?

The word Links: appears as my home page. This is not my home page. I want to delete the Links: page and restore my real home page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This blog is for Peel Poverty Action Group, a non-profit organization advocating for cash-poor people.
Fixing our blog is probably not that difficult if you know what you are doing, which we obviously don’t.
So HELP please -
So… my blog has somehow restored itself — it doesn’t say Links any more.
But it opens from
http://ppag.wordpress.com/
to a page that is part of my blog, but not the home page. This page’s real URL is http://ppag.wordpress.com/category/housing/
The home page opens to
http://ppag.wordpress.com/welcome-to-peel-poverty-action-groups-blog/
when it should open to http://ppag.wordpress.com
Thanks to whoever provided the help so far. The final fix will put the home page back.
