How can i delete a splash page if i cannot find it in my WP Dashboard?

I am running a website called http://www.marccary.com and the first page that is shown is a splash page that was only supposed to be temporary. I would like to remove the splash page, but i cannot seem to find where the page is located in order to delete. It is not in the pages pane like the rest of the site’s pages. Is there any way for me to remove the page easily?

According to WhoIsHostingThis – http://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=marccary.com – it’s hosted with GoDaddy. Your best bet for support is to reach out to your host or failing that, the WordPress.org forums – https://wordpress.org/support/.
Regarding the splash page, it’s probably a plugin. Have a look at Plugins > Installed Plugins.
