How can I delete a theme I have chosen?

I selected a free theme I have decided not to use. I selected another free theme I would like to use. How do I “unselect” or cancel or delete the first theme?
Just a beginner here so patience and simplicity would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there,
It looks like you have only been using free themes thus far. You are welcome to change your theme as often as you’d like. There is no need to delete anything in WordPress.com when it comes to your theme.
If you do decide to purchase a premium theme, you have 30 days to decide if you like it or not. If within those 30 days you decide you don’t like it, you’ll need to reach out to us and let us know at which point we can cancel it for you and issue you a refund for it.
But again, when it comes to the free themes, you can change those at any time with no concern at all.
