How can I delete an image/photo and replace it with another?

  I would like to delete an image and replace it with another, but I can find no way to delete a single image.

  Just go to the post, click Edit, and in the visual editor, click on the image and hit Delete. You might have to click over to the HTML tab and edit out the caption code, which will be in square brackets. Then just upload a new one and put it in the regular way.
