How can I delete an item from a menu?

I restarted my computer and enabled pop ups on IE 11.0.21 but the arrows do not appear next to the entries on the menu, so I can’t edit or delete them.

Yes, thanks. I tried that and don’t see the arrows to allow editing or deletion. Must be a bug in your software. Is there only one place to make the fix? Do you have a command interface or a way to edit the menu manually?
-
Why didn’t the menu entry go away when I deleted the file from the Media Library rather than have a menu entry that points to nothing and produces an error message when clicked?

Yes. Using Firefox the arrows were visible and functional allowing editing of the menu. The arrows did not appear using IE 11 at work where that’s the only browser authorized.
