How can I delete an old test blog set up in a sub directory of my main blog?

  I can’t delete the link to a redundant test blog that I set up in a sub-directory of main url. I deleted all files for this blog directly from my host server but it still appears in the drop down menu on wordpress.com and is causing issues with google. I know this is a self-hosted issue but the problem is on wordpress.com and I can’t get access.
  Can anyone let me know how to permanently remove reference to this page?
