how can i delete category?

i want to delete category on my blog page . i delete every where like trash delete permanently but still its show me on my page .. plz help how can i delete this thx in advance

There is a default Category which is “uncategorized” unless we change it. If the Category does not delete that’s because it’s the default Category. You have to change the default Category to another one and then you will be able to delete the other one. The name of the default category can be changed under Settings > Writing in your dashboard.
