How can I delete my blog?

I know this topic is not new, but I didn’t find any help, because everytime it says: go to your dashboard, then tools and click on delete or whatever.
I thought I’m good with computers and stuff, but can’t even FIND this specific dashboard. Mine looks totally different and there is nothing like ‘tools’ where I can delete my blog.
So please can somebody help me?Greets

What you posted does not include what we need to know in order to help you.
1. What is the URL of the site you want to delete?
2. Exactly which username account registered that URL?
Every blog is an individual website and deleting one site has no impact on any other sites. To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
