how can i delete my blog?

    Hello,
    When I tried to delete my site it said “You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.”

    How can I delete my blog completely?

    the blog is “http://aradiginizkisiyesuandaulasilamiyor.wordpress.com/”
