I just want to delete my blog so that I can start a new one.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can delete all the content and keep the URL. Note that when blogs are deleted here the URLs are NOT recycled.
If you don’t have a lot of content and don’t wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

If you delete the blog the URL cannot be registered and used again by you or by anyone else. Deleting a blog URL is forever. Deleting the content is the better way to go instead.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
