How can I delete or correct a Category?

I misspelled a category and want to correct it but can’t find any way to do so.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your Categories can be adjusted here:
https://freshbreadoflife.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
Choose a Category, hover over it, click Edit → Change the spelling of the Category. Then, click save.

Thanks so much “thatRobyn” “Happiness Engineer,” you have engineered a bit of happiness. It worked great. Now my question is, “How can I learn to figure out the lines of code similar to what you provided to accomplish tasks for which I see no menu option?” I’m glad to contact “Happiness Engineers” from time to time, but wish I knew a bit more about what goes on under the hood of this thing…

How can I learn to figure out the lines of code similar to what you provided to accomplish tasks for which I see no menu option?
Most of the everyday options you need for your site are available from the controls you reach when you log into WordPress.com.
In addition to those, your website has more control options at “WP Admin.”
If you go to the front of your site (http://freshbreadoflife.com/) Hover over “My Sites” in the black menu at the top of the page and then choose “WP Admin” from the dropdown menu you’ll see a new menu show up on the left side of the page.
That’s where Robyn found the categories option for you. There are also other useful options there, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
