How can I delete self-hosted blogs from /My Blogs?

  I have a few old self-hosted sites, and some current self-hosted sites are duplicated, in My Blogs. Some sites are from domains that I can no longer access, but I can’t really explain the duplicates of current sites other than that I have recently switched web hosts.

  I’ve looked through documentation but I can’t find a way to deleted these self-hosted sites from My Blogs. What am I missing?
