How can I delete the email form I inserted in my blog?

  I inserted an email form that makes bloggers give me their name and email and more. I would like to delete it. Would you lease help me? Thanks.

  Hello,

  I just opened your blog but I can not really see what you mean. Do you refer to a Contact Form? If so, you can go to the Post or Page you inserted it to, click on Edit > HTML and delete the contact form. The code you should find starts with [contact-form] there are values in between and then it ends with [/contact-form].

  Hi Gina, Thanks for getting back to me. I thought I had done just that! just like you sand, but it popped right back up. This blog is giving me a hard time. I’ll try again tomorrow. Thanks again!

  Hello,

  I sometimes forget about it so: make sure you save the changes when you delete the form! :)

  Let me know if it still does not work in the way you want it when you give it another try tomorrow.
