How can I directly contact wordpress staff?

I have recently cancelled my wordpress premium account under the impression that it is within the allotted time for me to receive a refund (the payment date was 21/12/14, so I presume that I still have 30 days for an account refund, and 48 hours for domain)
Neither the My Upgrades option or the cancellation email gave any indication about a refund, and now I am struggling to find any avenue whatsoever to directly contact anyone about this; every link related to support takes me straight to a search bar on the support page.
Have I got my timing wrong and I’m too late for a refund, or is there anything I can do? Help much appreciated.

I have flagged this for the staff to review your account
Standard full refund periods are 30 days for everything except domain name registrations which are 48 hours – the 14 day try a package will also refund the domain name registration if you want (but the staff have said that most people keep the domain name)
it can take one to two weeks for the money to make it back into your account
the staff work requests from oldest to newest

Hi there,
Since you cancelled your WordPress.com Premium before the billing could go through entirely, the purchase was voided. No charge was actually put through on your credit card at all and so there is nothing that I can refund.
You should be good to go. Let me know if there’s anything else you needed though!

I was concerned that although the money hasn’t been billed to me I have had no official confirmation of billing cancellation and, as of right now, I still have a pending fee of £70 from my account. I imagine that this pending fee will be removed in due course.
