How can I disable email notifications

  I am receiving emails for every Like on my blog and every Follow. I would like to disable that feature.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can unclick the options you want in Settings > Discussion where it says ‘Email me whenever.’ Here is the full info: Discussion Settings
