How can I disable from automatically linking my email?
-
I’ve published a text, and in this text there’s my email. I don’t know why (whether it’s wp software or the theme) it gets linked; in other words something adds the “<a” tag. I don’t want this, I want my email to appear as plain text, without the link. How can I achieve this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The @ tag belongs in email addresses. It’s never wise to post an email address on a blog because it attracts spammers and phishers who use it and sell it to others of their ilk. You can create a Page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and embed a contact form on it to avoid that. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
If I misunderstood what you are asking post again and please expand so I am clear about what you are asking.

Yes, I think you misunderstood. I don’t want to create a contact form, I want to display my email address, but without the <a href=”mailto… tag. It wasn’t me to include the tag. I just wrote my email and wp, instead of showing the plain text, trasnformed it into a link.
Have a look at the page and you will understand (it’s on the bottom)
https://lacucinadeibriganti.wordpress.com/presentazione/I want to show my email in order to receive paypal donations, but I don’t want to show it as link because it alters the colors of the text.
