How can i disable Thumbnail file creation ?

    How Can I cancel/disable Thumbnail file creating in WordPress ?

    I checked all settings under “Media”-> “Settings” and I have
    set values to 0. but after thumbnail still returns to default values : 150×150 .

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
