How can I disconnect my domain?

    I want to disconnect my mapped domain but I was not able to make any change to my URL. This is probably because when I cancelled my Business Plan, I forgot to disconnect my domain. Now what should I do so that I can disconnect it?

    I would be glad to help you figure this out. If you wouldn’t mind responding back with the domain you are trying to disconnect so we can better understand what the situation is.

    Also it would help elaborating on what you mean by disconnect your domain, just to make sure we fully understanding what you want to do. If you are trying to transfer or point your domain elsewhere I have linked the support article to help you do that.
