In the past, I administrated self-hosted wordpress sites. These sites have changed owner or I am not administrating anymore. So how do I delete them from my wordpress.com account orr how do I disconnect Jetpack?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I removed these sites from your WordPress.com account:
bildungslandschaft-altstadt-nord.de
http://www.zukunftsorte.stadtidee.de
http://www.routederwohnkultur.stadtidee.deHowever, this site still has Jetpack active on the site:
http://www.iba-forschung.deThe new site owner/administrator can disconnect Jetpack by going to the Jetpack section of the site’s dashboard and disconnecting it from WordPress.com there. If they’d like to keep using Jetpack, they can then reconnect it to their WordPress.com account.
If you want, I can remove that site from your account for you. However, that will make Jetpack stop working completely on that site. It’s better if the current site owner disconnects and reconnects it themselves, to make sure they don’t lose anything there.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
