How can I display a grid of Instagram photos in a page or post?

    I would like to display a grid of Instagram photos on a page or post, based on a hashtag search. (Similar to the sidebar Instagram Widget, but inside a page/post, and not based on my username but instead it should be everything that anyone has posted with a particular hashtag.) Is this possible with a WordPress.com tool or with an outside tool that I can use in my WordPress.com site? I’ve tried a few solutions but none have worked, yet. Thanks for your help!

    I’ve spent an hour or so looking into this. I thought that using the RSS shortcode might work, but if it does, I wasn’t able to work it out.

    There is a plugin for self-hosted WordPress sites that does exactly what you are looking for, but I’m afraid you can’t use it on WordPress.COM.

    Sorry I don’t have better news. It’s possible that another volunteer might have an idea and chime in with it later, but I’m pretty sure neither of us could figure it out because it’s not possible.
