How can I display only the beginning of the featured articles ?

  Hi,

  The theme I’m using, The Morning After, is supposed to display just the beginning of the featured posts followed by the link “Continue reading” as shown online: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/themorningafter/

  For some reasons, when I stick an article on my homepage, the full length of the article is displayed :(

  Can someone tell me how I can fix this ?

  Too bad though that this setting full/excerpt cannot be different for the latest post and the featured post.

  It would be also great if the excerpt version could respect the page layout (line break, bold).
