How can I display the date and time of each comment?

  I am using the Titan theme. Blog comments are displayed without a time stamp. I thought this would be standard. How can I change it?

  No it isn’t standard. I have noticed this varies from theme to theme and is provided by the template underlying the theme which we cannot edit. The time and date do appear on the comments in your Admin panel but not on the comments when displayed beneath posts. If you wish you can edit the comments and copy and paste the time and date into them as a workaround.
