How can I display 'the read more of this post' button on posts sent to mobiles?

For some time now I have been trying to figure out how to change my settings so that when I publish a new blog, the ‘read more of this post’ button appears on the recipient’s phone and thus sending them to my blog page, rather than reading the blog page (with no picture – and no stat) on the phone itself. I am sure this is a straightforward solution (at least I’m hoping so) but I am a relative novice when it comes to navigating my way around WordPress so please be kind to me and keep any instructions simple.

I’m sorry but I don’t know of a straight forward solution. My RSS Feed is set to summary here > Settings > Reading. Every post has the more tag inserted into it. However, those with mobiles can read the full posts so I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -

Are you referring to those reading your posts using the WordPress App? or visiting your site using a browser on their mobile device?

I mean when I publish a new post and it goes to followers of my blog via email on their mobile phone. The blog appears in its entirety but with no image etc, just text. What I want them to do is be able to read the first paragraph or so but then click the ‘read more of this blog’ underneath which then navigates them to my main blog site so that they can read the blog in its entirety.
I know it can be done as I get blogs emailed out to me with the ‘read more’ option. And just to be clear, should they click on the link to my website, they should see the entire blog (which is what I want) not an abbreviated version. Thank you for taking an interest.

I see. At https://emmaswritingroom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php change the ‘For each article in a feed, show’ option to ‘summary’ and then click on the [Save Changes] button at the bottom of the page.
