    Seems impossible to find someone who can help me dispute a duplicate charge – is there a support number?

    Hi there,

    I see that you have a domain connection upgrade under your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    From what I can see, you renewed your domain connection once, which updated the expiry to 2024, then on the next day you renewed again, which updated the expiry to 2025. It sounds like you may have only meant to renew once, is this correct? If so let us know and we can refund the second renewal and return the expiry to 2024.
