  The themes that exist on wordpress aren’t the same that i rlly wanted.. so i need to know how to make my own theme…

  If you keep on doing that, you’re definitely going to be alone here.

  In a free, no-upgrades, wp.com blog you can only use one of the available themes. If you buy the CSS upgrade AND know what to do with it, you can customize the appearance of a theme, or you can build an essentially new one with Sandbox as its basis.
