  Hi ,

  1. i am trying to use a java script to see online visitors in my blog, but its not working,
  2. im unable to edit theme template to add additional codes.
  3. i need my posts to appear to my facebook page from my wordpress and not on my personal profile.
  4. I need to add robots.txt so google can index my site.

  5. How can I install additional widgets and applications to add more functionality to my blog?

  Please note that there are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.

  For Facebook: You can connect your blog to your Facebook page by following these instructions:

  1. Via your WordPress Dashboard, head over to your Settings -> Sharing page.

  2. Click on “Connect to Facebook.”

  3. Follow the prompts to authorize your connection with Facebook.

  4. After your connection is authorized, you will see a pop up box asking you if you would like to “Publicize to [your] Facebook wall” or “Publicize to [your] Facebook page.”

  5. After selecting the profile or page that you would like to Publicize, click “Save these settings.”

  6. Create a new post.

  If your blog is already connected to your Facebook via Publicize, simply go to your Settings -> Sharing page and click on “Set Options” in the Facebook module. Then follow instructions 4 through 6 above.
