  I found very creative and cool solution for contact/team page but I have no Idea how to solve this. Maybe someone could figure it out and help :)?

  What a crazy effect!

  They’re using Javascript to create the effect where the eyes of all the other photos look to the one you hovered over. WordPress.com doesn’t offer an option for you to add Javascript, so it’s not something that can be added here on WordPress.com.
