How can I do to be able to delete the old site?

  Good afternoon
  I would like to know if I no longer have the data to enter the website I created, however, I can send my documents proving that the website is mine, as I would like to delete the old website created by WordPress.
  How can I do to be able to delete the old site?

  Only the account that owns a site can delete it.
