How can I download a new photo for my custom header?

  I use Misty Look with a customized photo in the header, but I no longer see a way to upload a new photo. How can I update the header photo? Thank you.

  You can upload a new header image at https://still4hill.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header . The instructions in this guide explains how to set a Custom Header Image: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/
