How can I download a theme that I buy?

  I am trying to buy a theme to use on another hosting site. I do not see a place where I can download a theme or just purchase the files.

  This is what I am trying to buy.

  You cannot download themes here nor install them elsewhere. You can only apply them to sites hosted on wordpress.com.

  I think I’ll just transfer my domain name to wordpress then
