how can i download zip file?

  hello,

  i posted about this a few days ago but have not gotten any response…

  i bought the linen theme through the wordpress.com site and am trying to get it transferred over to my blog that i have hosted on my own site but realized that i never got to actually download the theme. how can i get the zip file?

  if not possible, i guess want to cancel my linen theme through you and i will buy it straight through them.

  That’s what you will have to do. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, or contact Staff to request a refund.
