How can I duplicate the form, theme and structure of existing blog to new one?

    I create small blogs for customers to facilitate them tracking progress on projects. Rather than re-create the blog each time, I would like to preserve the look and feel of the blog by duplicating structure, but changing content. is this possible? Incidentally, the blog I want to duplicate is a private blog, not the one listed below.
