How can I edit a preheader?

    I’m trying to edit the preheader items (telephone number, email, and social icons), but I can’t find out what settings control them in the admin dashboard. I only see that the Google Translate plugin is set to use this “Primary – Dashboard” menu. In the Menu editor, I can’t see where the other text I mentioned is being added. Note that I didn’t originally create this site. I’m using Capstone Child as the theme. This is might be very difficult to figure out without seeing the admin dashboard, but any advice on places I could look would be great!

    And any general advice on how to approach this kind of, “What the heck is controlling X” would also be very appreciated. I feel like I get into this situation often when working on existing sites, especially when there’s a lot of plugins going around.
