how can i edit a word in a header

  I would appreciate any help on how to change the word zip code to postal code in lovingmalta.com
  I am new to wordpress so any help with steps to follow will be great

  In general, you can find how to edit a Theme’s header in the following location:

  Appearance > Header

  However, it looks like your site may be a self-hosted WordPress site (i.e. its not simply a blog registered at wordpress.com). In that case, you should try posting your question in this form: http://wordpress.org/support/
