How can I edit existing gallery?
-
I am trying to edit a gallery placed in a post, but cannot see how this is possible. There used to be some kind of visual editor that showed the gallery within the post, but doesn’t seem to be there any more. I am using Chrome and have cleared th ecache / temporary items etc. but to no avail. All I can see in the editor is the code:
[gallery columns="1" link="none" size="sketch-landscape" ids="90,89,88,87,86"]
Am I missing something?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should be able to edit the gallery when you edit the post that the gallery is in.
From the All Posts list, click on edit for the post that you want to edit.
Click on the gallery images in the post editor.
A little box will pop up and you can click on the pencil to edit the gallery.
For more detailed information on galleries check out the Galleries and Slideshows support documentation.
Let me know if this helps.

Click on the gallery images in the post editor.
A little box will pop up and you can click on the pencil to edit the gallery.
This option doesn’t appear in the editor view. That’s the problem.

The site stephaniewoolley.co.uk seem to be a self-hosted install of the WP software.
Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
